We closed on a house with the help of Salman in November 2022 in Richmond area and it's been an excellent and smooth journey due to Salman's expertise. He was always punctual and responsive with phone calls. He stopped by the property several times as needed since we were located far away. He was really polite and friendly to work with and listens and understands the customer's requirements well and then make suggestions accordingly.

During this whole process, he continuously monitored progress and kept us updated. He also advised us on all steps so that we could be ready for financing and other matters.

He also suggested good inspectors and was physically present during the inspections to make sure he understands everything.

During intro and final walks, he was thorough and gave his best effort to pin point things that needed repairs.

Post-closing, he stayed in touch with us and guided us about precautions and things we should take care about. For instance, the winter freeze in December; he reached out to us to ensure we are preparing our house for the cold weather.

He also recently reached out to us ensuring if we have applied for homestead or not. He also made some suggestions on how we can improve our home in the long run.

Salman provides exceptional customer service and we would be more than willing to work with him in the future. We would highly recommend getting his expertise on real estate transactions.
